My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right on Broadway with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and had solid climate control, although I would have preferred a single King bed instead of the double. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate me despite a minor hiccup with my reservation. The dining experience was superb, and the included gourmet food exceeded my expectations. However, the facilities could use a bit of modernization to enhance the overall experience. In terms of value for money, it was a slightly on the higher side, but the convenience and amenities made up for it.
